2pmQualifying for the Singapore GP

Live updates will provide the latest in what is sure to be a compelling qualifying. Back-to-back victories for Max Verstappen have added extra excitement to the title race. Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris will be eager for solid performances in Singapore. McLaren’s strong form for most of the season means they are likely to claim a tenth constructors championship on race day, but Verstappen's comeback has triggered a few nerves. While Piastri still is ahead of his teammate by 25 points in what appears to be a two-driver battle for the driver's championship, any setbacks could allow Verstappen to reduce the 69-point gap to the lead.

3pmLive: Arsenal vs West Ham & Man Utd vs Sunderland

Updates on important matches with two managers particularly under pressure. The unrelenting focus on Amorim's struggles at Manchester United has increased to a crucial point, and the match with the Black Cats has all the makings of a decisive moment before the international break. Amorim’s fiftieth match in charge might be his last, even though United having won their past two home games. Following 49 games, Amorim’s record stands at: 18 wins, drawn 12, lost 19. That 36.7 percent win percentage is much lower with his predecessor Erik ten Hag’s 70 percent at the equivalent point. The Hammers, meanwhile, play for their second game under Nuno Espírito Santo, following Monday's 1-1 tie at Everton. The Hammers have the interesting record of having beaten the Gunners in consecutive games at the Emirates. Another home defeat by their London rivals appears improbable given the Arsenal's form – six wins from their last eight top-flight matches.

EPL

5:30 PMChelsea v Liverpool live

The evening match sees the meeting of teams in a slight slump. Maresca's Blues have suffered successive Premier League defeats, to United and Brighton, while the defending champions were beaten 2-1 to Crystal Palace before slipping up in the Champions League in Istanbul in midweek. Slot's side are without a win in their last four Premier League games at their home ground but have not suffered back-to-back league matches since April 2023. Searching for signs? Isak, the Reds' summer signing, has scored in his last two Premier League appearances at Stamford Bridge, though both games resulted in defeats for his then club Newcastle United. Live blog will be provided.

Quarter to twelveLive: Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe

All the buildup and post-race reaction from one of the racing calendar’s biggest events will be available. In a field of seventeen for the 3.05pm big race, the O'Brien-trained Minnie Hauk is the 3-1 favorite after being handed a ideal draw in gate 1. O’Brien, who is aiming for a third win in the race, also fields Los Angeles, third-placed last year, but he will have to defy gate 14 to claim victory. Another runner, who is just after Minnie Hauk in the odds, was handed gate 12. Hopes of a maiden Japanese winner were diminished, with the Japanese Derby winner, one entry, and the Prix Foy victor, Byzantine Dream, assigned in gates 17 and 15 each. Their countryman a third Japanese runner appears better placed in gate 4. André Fabre’s pair of two runners fared better with stalls three and eight respectively, while Graffard's three Daryz, Quisisana and Gezora.

Real-time coverage of the big race under the Singapore lights will be provided. Clearly Verstappen has form – he was second at his home race in the Dutch GP before his wins in Italy and Azerbaijan – but probably still requires a major the team's drop in form, as well as wins in the final seven races and three sprint races, to {clin
