According to latest data, the number of centenarians in the UK has increased twofold from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

From 2004 and 2024, the number of men aged 100 or over has tripled from 910 to 3,100. Over the same timeframe, the amount of female centenarians almost doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.

We are keen to listen to centenarians, their loved ones or close ones, about what it has been like to live through the past century’s seismic events and developments.
